Who is a Web3 Developer?
A web3 developer knows how to build decentralized applications (dapps). Dapps are websites that run on smart contracts.
So Web3 developers can build websites like Web2 developers and enable these websites to communicate with smart contracts.
They may also be able to write smart contracts.
